We make the whole process smooth and speedy

Step 1: We find you a property

Once you have shared what your property requirements are, we set out to find similar properties. Once found we then conduct our refined and well tested due diligence process and report this back.

Step 2: Purchase

Once a suitable property is found, due diligence complete and a suitable offer price agreed we submit the offer for you. If accepted we navigate the purchase with the seller, solicitor, broker, surveyor etc all the way through to completion.

Step 3: Refurbishment (optional)

We bring our trusted trade team in and conduct the required refurbishment. This could be light or heavy depending on the condition of the property as shared in step 1. We ensure the property is brought up to and above current rental compliance standards.

Step 4: Tenant find and management (optional)

We use our experience in tenant finding to source a tenant that is right for the property conducting thorough credit and reference checks. Once a tenant is found a full inventory is complete and up to date rental contracts are signed. Scheduled inspections are carried out once a tenant is in.
