Meet your property expert
I purchased my first property in 2017 and set up Parfinch Property Ltd in 2020 to start buying investment properties in a limited company using a combination of my own money and investor funds. The business has continued to grow and I now help others do the same, only quicker.
I set up Parfinch Sourcing Ltd in 2023 to do this. My aim is to support you as you purchase your first or additional properties. Ensuring you avoid costly mistakes by using my process of due diligence before any offers are even made. Working together with me enables you to leverage the team of experts I have built up and work closely with. This includes solicitors, mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, various trade teams etc to make the whole process smooth and speedy.

Why invest in Grimsby?
Grimsby offers all the required elements for a profitable investment area. Demand for rental properties has historically been high and is expected to remain high. Meaning rental voids are unlikely and rent figures remain strong.
